It has been about a year since we began working on my new website for my rental management company. It has been an exciting year – and I owe so much of it to you and your team! Your design for my condo website has “wowed” my guests. It is simple to navigate, beautiful to look at and easy for me to update (although Nikki spoils me by making changes to it, usually seconds after I ask). You have created credibility for “Your Friend At The Beach”! Despite the economic picture, my condo rentals are strong for 2010. In fact, as of the end of January, the rentals are twice what I had at this time last year! Thank you for all the hours you spent with me as we worked on the website. It has been a joy and blessing to work with you and your staff.

ALL the communications with the staff have not only met with rapid responses that 'got the job done' but also in a caring and even 'fun' way. They seem to get that I'm 63 years old and computer challenged. Their pricing on creating my website was personalized to my needs and MORE than competitive with other bids I'd gotten (as in about 1/3rd as much) and I am really pleased with the quality. They've encouraged me to send updated photos which I HAVE NOT DONE....not their fault....and yet they are patient and work with what I offer in the best and most creative ways I've encountered in over l0 years seeking internet 'support'.

Have had the opportunity to work with Nikki these last few days building my beautiful new website. I still owe her a few deliverables yet want to take a moment now and let you know what a pleasure she has been to work with.
